New Mexico Construction Industries Division has issued a memorandum regarding the adoption of the 2009 NM Building Codes The link to their memorandum is http://www.rld.state.nm.us/cid/PDFs/M-Codes 2-18-11.pdf.

The City of Albuquerque has published the first three bulletins that deal with their new Special Inspections Program. This is important information for anyone doing work in the City under the new International Building Code. The link to their website is www.cabq.gov/planning/bldgsafety.

Benefit of membership: Attendance for monthly meetings for non-members is $10. In addition, members receive a registration discount for the annual meeting. PDH Certificates will be emailed after educational monthly meetings to current members and paying non-members who attend.
